SEVEN GIFT CARD – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Seven Gift Card is a card owned by Seven Group Srl, with registered office at Corso di Porta Romana 63 – 20122 Milan, Italy.
The Seven Gift Card is issued to the bearer, identified by a progressive serial number, and is available exclusively in the amount of €50.00 (fifty/00).
Participating Restaurants
The Seven Gift Card can be used at all restaurants operating under Seven Group brands, including:
Seven’ Steak and Wine
Zio Pesce
Pescherie Riunite
Joe Cipolla
The addresses of each restaurant are available on the website www.sevengroup.it.
The Seven Gift Card can be purchased and collected at participating restaurants and may be used starting 24 hours after the date of purchase.
The Seven Gift Card may be used exclusively for the purchase of food and beverages at participating Seven Group restaurants.
The Seven Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, after which it will no longer be usable.
The Seven Gift Card:
may be used in a single transaction only, until the full value is exhausted;
does not entitle the holder to any change if the full amount is not used;
if the available balance is insufficient, the remaining amount must be paid in cash or using other payment methods accepted by the restaurant;
is not reloadable and does not accrue interest;
requires the communication of personal data, which will be processed by the card issuer in accordance with applicable laws.
The Seven Gift Card is issued to the bearer and is equivalent to cash.
In the event of loss, theft or damage, the card cannot be blocked, replaced or refunded, and Seven Group Srl shall not be held liable for any improper use of the card.
The purchase and use of the Seven Gift Card imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Seven Group Srl reserves the right to verify the correct use of the Seven Gift Card and, in the event of proven violations, to request its immediate return.
Any misuse will result in immediate exclusion from services related to the Seven Gift Card.
Customer personal data are processed by Seven Group Srl in compliance with applicable data protection laws, pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, as detailed in the Privacy Policy available on the company website.
Any communication and/or complaint regarding the use of the Seven Gift Card may be sent:
